4.2 General Bonus Policy

• You cannot withdraw directly from a bonus before the wagering requirement is completed.

cbaje's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver tier: up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold tier: up to 0.6% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Platinum tier: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Cashback is generally credited to the account the following week. cbaje reserves the right to change the VIP tier criteria at any time.

Account Suspension and Closure

cbaje may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification or refusal to submit documents.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud is detected.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or operation of multiple accounts is found.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance (free of wagering requirements) may be returned, though this is at cbaje's discretion.
